At the 12th International Conference on Fisheries and Aquaculture (ICFA) 2025, held on 16–17 September in Nha Trang, Vietnam, Mindanao State University (MSU) – General santos Philippines, formalized its commitment to advancing research and education in fisheries and aquaculture by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM) as an Academic partner.
The MoA was signed by Mr. Isanka P. Gamage, the Co-founder and Managing Director of TIIKM, Prof. Christen Penafiel, D. FishTech College Dean, College of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, Mindanao State University – General Santos and Dr. Marjorie Villanueva, the Country Ambassador for Philippines, Northern Iloilo State University, Philippines, marking a significant step towards fostering collaboration and advancing research in fisheries and aquaculture.
